Coconut Chia Oats
Makes 1 serving
Prep time: 5 min.
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/2-1 cup oats
milk as desired (I use Oat milk)
a splash coconut milk for creaminess
1 tbsp desiccated coconut
pinch himalayan salt
bit of vanilla powder or essence
optional: mashed banana
It couldn’t be easier: Throw everything together in a bowl, let it sit for 10 min minimum and bam – breakfast is ready. Top with whatever you want!
