Warming Roasted Fruit Salad on Quinoameal

Warming oven roasted fruit salad is seriously an invention from heaven. It makes your kitchen smell amazing, just like you would imagine a christmas eve smells like. And it tastes heavenly. Just give it a try. I like it on its own or served on something light and creamy like quinoameal. It’s really the easiest recipe:


Serves 1-2

Prep time: 15-20 min.


Fruit of choice

1/2 cup Quinoa

1 cup Coconut milk/Oat milk (or any other plant milk)

3 drops rose water

1 tsp cardamom


1. Preheat oven to 150° .

2. Cook the quinoa with some water and let it simmer until quite done.

3. In the meantime cut your fruit and put in the oven for about 15-20 min.

4. Drain the quinoa and put it back on the stove with your coconut milk/ plant milk, add the cardamom + rose water and let it simmer until you reach a creamier consistency.

5. Top the quinoameal with the amazing smelling oven roasted fruit and indulge 🙂
