Vegan Poutine

   I used to live in Montréal and one of the perks living there was poutine. Especially the poutine from La Banquise. My favorite was the “La Taquise” which has additionally to gravy also fresh tomatoes, sour cream and guacamole. Needless to say that this was before I went plant based.
